With Message Express, you won’t have to worry about wasting your own or your employees’ time on answering phone calls and processing queries, most of which are irrelevant to your business and don’t really deserve your attention anyway.
With Message Express, professional receptionists will greet your caller with a unique message, hear them out, process the query, and pass its main points on to you via email in the form of a brief memo. It’s a cost-effective way to save a lot of time on menial tasks, which is crucial if you’re working on the development of your startup or micro business.
Our Message Express pricing plan was designed with these types of companies in mind. This service comes in three forms: Message Express 25 with a monthly limit of 25 answered calls, Message Express 50 with 50 calls handled by our receptionists in any given month and, finally the Message Express 100 -- 100 monthly calls handled by our recepstionist team.
Of course, we understand that sometimes you may get more calls than expected -- this is why we’ve structured our plans to accommodate for as much flexibility. Regardless of your plan, each extra call will cost you an additional fee per call, depending on the Message Express service you have chosen.
